1. Are you factory? YES, we are factory with ISO and TUV certificates. 2. We have a good idea, can you design for us? We can do production artwork for you according to following files: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, CDR, etc. 3. what about the MOQ? No MOQ. 4. How long could I get my order shipped after I place an order? Turnaround time depends on order quantity and different craftsmanship. Normally, it’s around one week for samples after artwork confirmed; 10-20 days for bulk production. 5. How can I rely on your quality? Before shipment, we will show you pictures and videos for all-around inspection, any problems, we could fix before shipment. Even problems exist when you receive the product, we have excellent after-sales service to work out with best solution until you’re satisfied. Moreover, we recommend customers to do Trade Assurance Order so that each order could be under the protection of Alibaba group, which provides a sense of security to both. 6. How about the payment terms? We can accept T/T, PayPal, WU, MG, etc. 30%-50% deposit to start the order, balance could be finished before shipment.
