1. Are you factory? YES, we are factory of 15years experience.
2. What kind of certificates do you have?
ISO 9001 and TUV Rheinland.
3. We have a good idea, can you design for us? YES, we do free production artwork for you according to your following files:
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, CDR, etc.
4. What about the MOQ? NO MOQ is required. Usually, the more QTY, the cheaper average price.
5. How long is the production time for sample and bulk order? Usually, production time for sample is 7-15 working days after deposit payment is done and artwork is approved;
Production time for bulk order is 10-20 working days after sample is approved.
Accurate time will depend on different designs and craftsmanship.
6. How can I rely on your quality? We do strict quality check before shipping and offer good after-sale service.
Before shipment, sales will show you pictures and videos of the products for all-around inspection. After shipment, If there are any unqualified products in the package, we will offer proportional refund or quickly remake them.
7. How about the payment terms? T/T, PayPal, WU, MG, etc.
30%-50% deposit before production, balance should be finished before shipment.
Any other requirements of Payment terms could be negotiated.
8. Can I choose the shipping way?
SURE!
We can do Sea shipping, Air shipping, Railway shipping or Express: FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS, etc.
You could choose any kind of shipping way that is suitable for you.
